Living Yoga

Living Yoga is a non-profit whose mission is to promote rehabilitation and recovery through yoga. Their yoga instructor volunteers bring yoga into prisons, drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers and other places where yoga can be a powerful tool for personal change.

Digital Wave created an awareness and fundraising video for the organization. We shot footage and interviews at the all women's Coffee Creek Correctional Facility as well as the DePaul Drug and Alcohol Treatment Center. We learned about the transformation that can take place in those who participate in the Living Yoga program and are excited about helping to share this powerful story with others. This is the second video Digital Wave has developed for Living Yoga.
