We are located in the City View Park building located at 1600 SE Bybee Blvd., Portland, OR 97202. Our office is on the second floor in Suite 204. Our building is on the SOUTHEAST corner of SE 16th and Bybee Blvd (one block WEST of MILWAUKIE AVE). Signs on the building say Windermere Real Estate.

The two story brick building is a mix of ground floor retail and second floor offices. There are several ground floor street addresses, but the building itself is 1600 SE Bybee. There is parking in the lot adjacent to the building on the SOUTH side (please do not park in the reserved spaces).

Access to offices on the second floor is located on the EAST side of the building. Look for the “1600 SE Bybee” sign over the door to the east entrance. Take the stairs or elevator to the second floor. Make two left turns down the hallway and you will find us at the last door on the right. If you get lost, call us at 503.227.9283.
